Sleepless nights...

Alas,
Tears filled up her eyes last night,
She couldn’t hold on to it anymore,
Pillows and bolsters were wet,
She woke up with swollen eyes.

Making herself busy at work,
Trying to get her mind off of him,
Subconsciously, she knows,
She loves him very much to forego everything.

Can she live in a relationship,
Without communication between them,
Is this the best medicine,
To cure the pain in her,
To salvage the relationship.

She has no answers………
